Vinaigrette
DXN Vinaigrette is made from carefully selected Chinese Red Rice and Ganoderma extract (rice fermented with Red Yeast). DXN rescued one of the last standing ancient Chinese vinegar factories, which still used the traditional technique and 700-year old ceramic vats to ferment the rice into vinegar.
The mixture is fermented for 2 years to preserve its distinct flavour and ensure the finest quality is produced. This very special class of vinegar is one of the four most renowned premium vinegars in China today.
Daxen Biotechnology Pte. Ltd., 100% subsidiary of DXN Holdings Bhd., was established in Gu Tian, Fujian Province, China on 8 December 2004. DXN has obtained an official license to conduct bio-technology research and development, and the import of technology for the fine processing of the Monascus, vinegar and Ganoderma.
From Australian samplings, DXN can tell you that this vinegar is unique in its malty flavour, with a heady bouquet, making it a very fine addition to your health products, or simply to enjoy as a “sipping” drink, a cooking additive and as a salad dressing.
The health benefits of the enzymes in this product are extremely important to the gastro-intestinal tract, as well as the normal functioning of the glandular system. Ganoderma is well known for its own health benefits.
